This is an intense program including a Custom Fitness Model Diet Plan, Fitness Model Workouts which include strength training routines and cardio progression to get you to where you want to be. This Fitness Model program also includes instructions on how to prepare for a Fitness Model photo shoot, as well as a guide for maintaining your lean and fit physique year round!
- The 12 week program is suitable for women who are starting at no more than 18-20% body fat, or men who are at no more than 15% body fat.
- The 16 week program is suitable women who are starting at 22-25% body fat, guys who are no more than 18% body fat. (NOTE: If your body fat is higher than these numbers, you will want to start your journey off with the Lose Weight/Feel Great program).

What’s the difference between Fitness Model and Bikini Model plans?
What’s the difference between Fitness Model and Bikini Model plans? A fitness model would have a goal of getting slightly leaner than a Bikini Model. Fitness Model plan is better suited for a male or female who already have a good amount of lean muscle tissue and want to get quite lean. If you do not have a good amount of muscle, or do not want to get as lean or defined, then Bikini Model would be a better option. Fitness Model nutrition will be slightly stricter than bikini model, and training volume may be slightly more (depending on your body type and starting point), since the goal is to get body fat to those lower levels.
