EACH DAY WE FOCUS ON SPECIFIC BODY PARTS. CLASSES ARE SPLIT BETWEEN THE TREADMILL AND STRENGTH WORK ON OUR BESPOKE FUNCTIONAL TRAINING. OUR TRAINERS WILL GIVE INSTRUCTION AND DEMONSTRATION THROUGHOUT THE CLASS SO YOU WILL ALWAYS KNOW WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO IT. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON HAND TO CORRECT FORM AND ENSURE YOU ARE TRAINING SAFE.

No running. Making you stronger and fitter! One day at a time. Shoulders & arms: rapid fire supersets active recovery to blast through your shoulders, biceps & triceps.

Who’s your daddy!
Wednesday’s Classes
Chest & back dynamic push movements, dynamic cardio training. Followed with big apposing muscle groups that need to be worked hard and equaled to functionally obtain perfect form.

Nothing Butt legs.
Thursday’s Classes
Glutes & legs: be ready for explosive movements attacking the largest muscle group of the body with intense speed and stamina. Expect heavy resistance with fast and furious interval.

Friday’s Classes
The hardest workout on the planet. Every Friday you will face a new challenge based off your weaknesses. These workouts are designed to break you or make you. If you need to go cry then go cry in the corner it’s ok… you can quit anytime in the 50min. If you quit, you will be quitting on yourself. This class is as mentally challenging as it comes… I’ll politely say: but did you die?

The ultimate treadmill & row workout breakdown in the 50 minute run based session which will work your endurance, stamina, speed most of all your mental toughness, you will need 2 sweat towels for this one!
