Our post pregnancy weight loss program can begin approximately 8 weeks post pregnancy.If you had unusual complications during pregnancy please check with your doctor to get clearance to begin an exercise program.
We will set you up with a complete Custom Post Pregnancy Diet (taking into consideration whether or not you are breast feeding) that will transform you into one fit mama! Nutrition programs are balanced and custom made for you.

You will also receive a Custom Post Pregnancy Workout Plan which includes Strength training and cardio will be progressive throughout your transformation period in order to get you to your goal as quickly as possible!

  • Choose the 12 week program if you have less than 40 pounds of post baby weight to lose.
  • Choose the 16 week program if your goal is to shed 40 pounds or greater.
