This program is available as either an Individual program, OR as a Couples program which means you can do it with your spouse or even with a friend or member of your bridal party. Couples options will offer a discounted rate off what the individual pricing would be.
Choose the 12 week Weight Loss program if you have less than 30-35 pounds of fat to lose.
Choose the 16 week Weight Loss program if your weight loss goal is 40 pounds or greater.
The Bridal Boot Camp Programs will include some extras for you including tips on what to eat in order to look your best and tightest on your wedding day, as well as tips for the wedding day and the honeymoon!
We also will be offering this in a small group setting with no more than 6 in a group at a time at Chamfit studios.
